Fees & Insurance

Fees

Please contact me for my out-of-pocket rates.

Payment is due at the time of service via check, cash, or credit card, unless we have arranged otherwise in advance.

Insurance

I am in-network with PacificSource, First Choice Health, & Moda

For out-of-network benefits, the full fee is required at the time of service. I can then supply you with an itemized superbill receipt, which may allow for reimbursement of all or part of the fee. Please contact your insurance company to ask for details about this option, as all plans vary.

Sliding Scale

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale fee slots to individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please ask me more about this so we can discuss your needs.

Navigating Insurance

It’s not just you. Insurance is confusing for most people! I recommend calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

  1. Is Dr. Ashleigh Young an in-network provider for my plan? If not, do I have out-of network benefits, and what are they?

  2. What is my co-pay (flat fee due at time of service) or co-insurance (the percentage of the fee you pay at the time of service) to see her?

  3. What is my deductible (the amount of money you need to pay out of pocket before your insurance starts to pay), and how much of my deductible have I already met this year?

  4. When do my benefits start and renew?

  5. Is pre-authorization needed to see Dr. Ashleigh Young?

  6. How many sessions are allowed per year?
